Age Limit:
Age of job hunters applying for HAL Recruitment should not more than 28 years as on 01.10.2015.

The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in respect of SC/ST and 3 years in respect of OBC (NCL) candidates.

Application Fee:
Applicants need to pay Rs. 200/- as an application fee.

The application fee is non-refundable.

Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD, those Ex-apprentices sponsored by HAL, TTI, Bangalore Complex and also those Candidates sponsored by Employment Exchange and Sainik Welfare Board are exempted from the payment of application fees.

Application fee is to be deposited in the name of “HAL – RECRUITMENT ACCOUNT” bearing account number 31700415045 at any core banking branches of State Bank of India only in the prescribed Challan.

Selection Process:

After initial screening of application, candidates will be called for written test.
There will be no negative marking in Written Test.

Out of the candidates who qualify in Written Test, candidates in ratio of 1:5 will be shortlisted for personal Interview.

Final selection will be made on the basis of performance in Written Test and Interview together.
